Most Respectfully,This is to inform you that as per the order received from the Deputy Director of Education (DDE), Zone SW-B, the process for formation of the School Level Fee Regulation Committee (SLFRC) was initiated. Subsequently, the said order was challenged by the Private School Action Committee in the Hon’ble High Court, seeking an extension of dates.
It is further informed that the Hon’ble Court has granted an extension of time up to 20/01/2026 for the formation of the SLFRC. (A copy of the court order is attached for reference.)
In view of the above and since the court order was received on 08/01/2026, the school hereby invites parents and teachers who have submitted their willingness to attend the Draw of Lots for Parent and Teacher Representatives (SLFRC) on Saturday, 17/01/2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the school premises.
It may also be noted that the earlier proposed date of 09/01/2026 stands cancelled, and the same has already been duly informed to the respective parents.
All concerned are requested to be present at the scheduled time.
